Binary Stars Liner Set

Our Binary Stars Liner Set features:

♡ 6 pigmented water activated pastel liners

♡ create bold and graphic looks easily & mess free!

How to use:

1. Wet your liner brush with water (do not use anything other then water as it may alter the formula)

2. Mix your wet brush into the product until you get a very creamy consistency

3. Wet your brush again and continue to mix if consistency is too thick

4. Create graphic liner looks or use as a bright eyeshadow base

5. Allow product to fully dry before storing away =)
